Leeann Velez Tweeden is an American model and television personality of Spanish, Filipino and Norwegian descent.

In 1995, Tweeden appeared on the television series EdenQuest. In 1996, she became a regular on the ESPN2 series Fitness Beach. She has appeared on several other series including Blue Torch, High Octane, Star Search, Toughman and Wild On. Since 2001, Tweeden has been a correspondent on the television series The Best Damn Sports Show Period. She has also gone on USO tours, including one in December, 2004 to Camp Liberty in Iraq.
